The Quad Mania Autotest.

This is a new venue with small water splashes and jumps.
This is a closed to club event, day membership is available for £2, and rest of the year for only £5. This represents great value for money, and we welcome old and new members to come and show their skills. There will be onsite toilet facilities, burger van, signing on will be at the large caravan, signposted for ease of identification. Entry forms will be available on the day only.
Car safety check will start at 08.30 First car will start at 10.00
The entry is £30 per driver, and double use of the same car is permitted.
Payment methods are cash on the day
The car inspection will take place within the estate compound, and will be clearly signposted. This will comprise a basic safety and noise check. Passengers are permitted, in accordance with the SR's. The venue will be arrowed from the main road in Church village, and the bypass, the final road to the venue is quite steep and narrow, please help us respect the neighbours by being as quiet as possible.

There are three classes; Competition type cars Road cars Junior class
Awards will be presented for 1st overall, and 1st in class in the form of a trophy.
Any tyres are permissible, however we recommend a chunky tyre and a sump guard.
Each test will consist of two laps of the circuit, with a split junction close to the finish line. 4 X tests in the morning and 4 X tests in the afternoon, however if time allows we may extend the number of tests. A split board on the junction and an advance arrow will be prominently positioned to assist crews. Soil bankings assist with routes definition, which encompass the entire track on both sides and are approximately 20 inches tall. The morning tests will be in a clockwise fashion, and the afternoon anti clockwise.
No spectators will be allowed, however competitors may use a banking adjacent to the venue, which is approximately 5m high, and oversees the entire course. This will be clearly defined.
No practising will be allowed, however the course may be walked, and a diagram in the form of an overhead photograph will be available to inspect at signing on.
There are four main penalties, all which carry the same award of 30 seconds added to you test score. 1. Jump start 2. Not stopping at the stop line between the stop control boards. 3. Wrong way at the split 4. Not complying with a reasonable request from a marshal.
Safety equipment will be provided by the club, for the venue and the competitors. This will include fire extinguishes, first aid and spillage kits.
Judges of fact, will be all marshals and the organising team.
Times will be posted after all competitors have completed a test, and 30 minutes after the final test, for the overall results.
To be classed as a finisher you have to have completed no less than 50% of the tests.
