The Organising team are pleased to announce that subject to final proof-reading the Regs will be available on the Club website Friday evening 29th May. www.carltondmc.co.uk
A copy will be sent direct to previous competitors [2013] and all officials .
Be aware that entries ; particularly Clubmans ; are likely to be at a premium as when last run in 2013 the event was oversubscribed twice. [increased from 50 to 60 to 65].
An entry is a fully completed entry form AND payment.
PLEASE Whether you are entering or not - Let the Organisers know of anyone who is willing to marshal [whether for the whole day or part.] as the event cannot be successful without them. As in previous years we are pleased that Autosave [West Bridgford & Beeston] are sponsoring a marshal's prize draw and ALL marshals will receive a goody bag.

Statement from the Huntsman organising team
The closing date for entries was last Saturday. At that time only 16 entries had been confirmed , with possibly a few more “promised “ . Even at the minimum number quoted in the regs [30] the club would still make a substantial loss . .
As you can imagine the Organising team have spent an enormous amount of time, effort and expense getting to this point so it has not been an easy decision and any feedback from you with regard to why you think not more people have entered would be appreciated since the last couple of years the event ran we had full entries.
Thank you once again to those who had entered ; were going to officiate or volunteered to marshal and we hope to see you again in the future
